I am pleased to introduce Dreamweaver, my most recent creation.
This little jewel was inspired by the song "Dreamweaver" that was playing on satellite radio on the Classic Vinyl station while I was sewing her together. I thought, "what a perfect name for an angel bear."
Dreamweaver seems to be short on words and big on love, so this will be a short and sweet post.
And so it is, sending angel blessings out to all my friends in blogland.
Hugs from Vicki and the angel bears (and the rest of them, too)

18:18
Eighteen hours and eighteen minutes of daylight yesterday; you'd think I could find time to write on the blog with all those hours in the day. Where do they go?
There's plenty of time for begonias and tulips to grow.
And then we need to install a new floor in the kitchen and dining room.... there's plenty of time for that.
There's plenty of time for deer to visit (and eat the tulips when they get a chance).
Plenty of time for God to create rainbows.
And finally, in the midst of all the activity, Beth says, "I'm tired ..... daytime or not, I need a rest.
Many summer hugs from Vicki and the busy bears !

Introducing Penelope !
Hello everyone!
This entry is to introduce to you my latest creation, Penelope. She is 6 inches tall and was born on June 4.
We have been so blessed with sunny weather here in Juneau lately, that her arrival is indeed a miracle of sorts. Not many bears get created (not even in the sunny work station). I've just been too busy enjoying the weather.
It looks like the clouds are back, though, for a little while, so I'm back to the bears. A little guy about 3" tall is sitting here begging me for attention... so stay tuned and we'll see what transpires.
Love to all, Vicki and the Bears
Oh, I almost forgot... she is available on Bearpile.

An Angel Bear for Vicky
My sister-in-law, Vicky (spelled with a “Y”) (she also calls herself Vicky “1”, and I don’t mind a bit) was diagnosed with a very serious illness approximately 6 months ago. She is bravely and positively enduring treatments for her illness and has surprised everyone, the doctors, her family and all of her friends with her miraculous response to the treatment.
I made her a little angel bear about a week ago and my husband and I sent it to her as a surprise, to help her through the “homestretch” (we hope) of her treatments.
One thing I know about teddy bears. They help.
Plain and simple, they just help.
And so to Vicky, here’s just a little more help in the form of a little angel bear made especially for you.
Love from Vicki (Vicki “2”) and the bears
