New Teddy Faces to Share

Hello everybody! I’ve had my nose to the teddy grindstone lately and haven’t spent much time on the computer. I did, however, promise to post some individual pictures of some of my new creations in addition to the group shots on the previous blog.

It looks like today is the day so here are a few teddies that will be available for adoption at Juneau’s Public Market on Thanksgiving weekend.

I have, for the most part, (at least for now) set aside the hand embroidered noses for handcrafted noses that I make from filo clay. I’m having great fun designing new noses and don’t miss the embroidery floss one bit.

Thank you all for taking the time to stop by. Any suggestions, comments or words of wisdom are most welcome!

Hugs to all, Vicki and the Bears

  1. Hi Vicki, You have been busy! I especially like Kristina in her nightie! what a sweetheart!
Hope the Market goes well. x

  2. Hi Vicki, what a fabulous collection - each little bear has such a unique personality and I really cannot say which is my favourite ... I'll have them all for a visit!! So nice to see your work again, they are real darlings.

I'm sending some South African heat for you .. can you feel it??

    Lots of love
    Pat xx

  3. Hi Lynda.. I knew you would like Kristina. A little old fashioned and sweet. And I'm happy to hear from you again, Pat. I just felt a little whisper of warmth... thank you.

  4. Vicki - I love how sweet, innocent, and curious you make the expressions of your teddies. They are so charming and adorable. :)

Thanks for linking up to the Sunburnt Cow party.
